Maintenance guide to keeping a beautiful lawn
For the 2 weeks that follow the laying of your new sod :
​
- Do not walk on the lawn. If necessary, it is best to wait until the grass is dry. Also avoid letting dogs go on the lawn.
​
- Water the lawn by section in the morning and evening for at least 30 minutes. In the event of a heat wave, water continuously for the first few days. If it rains, you do not have to water the lawn.
​
- When watering, start with the backmost section to avoid walking on wet areas (as mentioned in step 1).
Tips from our experts
- After the 2 weeks following the installation of your new sod, continue to water the lawn every 2-3 days.
​
- Have your lawn treated against weeds in order to keep your grass healthy.
​
- Keep a lawn of around 8 cm, this helps prevent white worms in addition to preventing your grass from turning yellow.
